We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-oriented individual as a Commercial Director. As Commercial Director, your role is to lead and guide the business focused on performance and profitability. Furthermore, you manage the German subsidiary and ensure its success.
Responsibilities
1. Acquire new business and clients in order to boost the company's success
2. Define, develop, plan and implement effective commercial strategies
3. Perform market research and find additional business and new clients
4. Establish sustainable relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with the company
5. Set up the budget, manage expenditures and keep track of relevant KPIs to share them with the team
6. Lead the business team (~ 5 people), ensure their best performance and augment the team by hiring talents
Skills
7. Proven experience in sales / business development, marketing and customer-relationship-management
8. Strong negotiation and leadership skills
9. Understanding of finance, budgeting and market research
10. Proven experience in the fresh product market / FMCG food industry
11. Flexibility, solution-orientation, resilience and strong communication skills
