We are seeking a VP Product (m/f/d) to join our Platform Team in Munich or in a hybrid role, starting immediately. In this role, you will drive the vision and strategy of the coboworx software ecosystem, ensuring our solutions meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. You will lead the product development team, aligning innovation with business objectives and shaping cutting-edge robotic solutions. DEINE AUFGABEN
* Define and drive the product vision – Set clear objectives and a strategic roadmap for the coboworx software ecosystem, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
* Identify opportunities for innovation – Leverage market research, customer insights, and industry trends to anticipate future demands and enhance our product offerings.
* Translate strategy into execution – Align product goals with business objectives, creating a cohesive, high-impact development roadmap.
* Lead and inspire the product team – Manage and empower a high-performing product development team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
* Make data-driven decisions – Continuously monitor product performance and use insights to optimize features, functionality, and user experience.
* Act as the key stakeholder interface – Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on product goals and deliverables.
* Engage directly with customers – Build strong relationships with C-suite executives and shopfloor operators alike, gaining deep insights into their operations and business needs.
* Champion the voice of the customer – Oversee user studies, interviews, and focus groups to ensure customer perspectives are embedded in product decisions.
WEN WIR SUCHEN
* Product Management & Leadership: 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related field, with a focus on B2B software development; proven ability to lead product or development teams; track record of managing products from concept to market launch.
* Industry & Technical Expertise: Experience in startups or consulting; strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (methodologies, tools, best practices); data-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach to decision-making.
* Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communicator, able to engage with shopfloor operators to C-suite executives; ability to align product strategy with business objectives and drive cross-functional collaboration.
* Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel (30%); valid driver’s license.
* Preferred language Qualifications: Fluency in German and English required.
* Technical Experience in robotics or industrial automation and/ or a background in hardware-integrated products is a plus.
