Commercial Analytics Partner (m/f/d)
We are looking for a new person to fill the position of Commercial Business Partner with immediate effect. The position reports directly to the Commercial Excellence Director.
As a Commercial Analytics Partner, you work very closely with the BU Head, marketing and sales teams. Your task is to understand the divisional goals and strategies and to accompany their implementation. In addition, you provide the areas with meaningful analytics and recommendations for action.
You are also responsible for coordinating and implementing classic structural changes (field service structures), capacity planning, targeting and segmentation projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Generation of analytical insights to improve brand strategy execution
* Conversion of analytical insights into proposal & action, including follow up
* Coordination of omnichannel analytics requests and AI supported initiatives
* Implementation of strategic marketing and sales planning
* Monitoring of planning and implementation of the annual sales plan for the field service
* Support of the sales management in reviewing and optimizing the sales structures
* Responsibility for project management in the implementation of strategic sales issues (e.g .: prioritization of doctors, regional structure changes, targeting & segmentation)
Qualifications & Skills
* Operational sales experience, ideally in pharmaceutical sector
* High analytical skills and ability to deal with complete data structures, without losing sight of business relevance
* Proven experience on IQVIAs datasets range, Pharmascope, LRx, RPM, DMP, ISSOR, Targeting and Segmentations Tools
* Independence in taking up topics and coordination of projects, leading them to success with support from a strong team within the Business Partner and Commercial Operations division
* Quick comprehension, courage, enjoyment of performance and development
* Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) and very good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
* Marketing experience in the consumer goods or pharmaceutical industry
* Background in market research
