As a Student Assistant, you will support the Marketing & Communications team in day-to-day operations and projects. You will: Assist with content creation: Help draft engaging texts for newsletters, social media, and the website in collaboration with the team. Support research: Conduct research on sustainability topics, trends, and legislation to create communication materials. Help with website updates: Manage content updates on the website using WordPress and optimise content based on SEO principles. Coordinate team tasks: Assist with organising meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining project overviews. Maintain branding: Collaborate on visual and written materials to ensure consistency across all platforms. Your profile You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in marketing, communications, or a related field. You will be available for 16–20 hours/week for at least one year (preferably longer). Experience with tools like WordPress, social media platforms, or newsletter tools is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, is required. Excellent English (C1) is a must. English is not only our office language but also the language in which we create our marketing materials. Additional language skills will be of advantage. You have strong research and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Last but not least, you get excited talking about sustainability -related topics and relevant legislation. Why us?
