1. Project management of development projects in the field of electric motors and drives according to the stage-gate process
2. Compliance with time, cost and quality targets as part of the development process
3. Detailed coordination of the project scope and project implementation with the customer
4. Coordination of technical feasibility for project implementation
5. Internal coordination of all project phases with the specialist departments of development, production, quality assurance, purchasing and industrial engineering for successful project execution
6. Creation and maintenance of project plans, documentation and tracking of project phases
7. Ensuring orderly and transparent risk management (e.g. in the event of project NRC or product RC deadline or cost deviations) and adequate documentation
8. Technical management of the interdisciplinary project teams
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
9. Completed technical studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, alternatively a comparable qualification, e.g. technician/master electrical engineering, mechanical engineering with relevant professional experience
10. Several years of experience in handling technically based projects, ideally in the field of electric motors and drives or mechanical engineering, IPMA training is an advantage
11. Strong communication skills
12. Structured, responsible and cost-conscious way of working with a high degree of flexibility
13. ability to work in a team
14. High customer and service orientation as well as intercultural competence
15. Willingness to travel domestically and abroad required as part of normal business trips
16. Business fluent language skills in German and English required, further foreign language skills an advantage
17. Confident handling of MS Office and knowledge of an ERP system
