* Developing Consumer-Led Pricing Strategies: Define and implement pricing strategies that align with consumer needs and maximize the value of Danone's portfolio.
* Redefining Pack Architecture: Ensure optimal coverage across consumer occasions and shopper missions by redefining pack sizes and functional benefits.
* Implementing OBPPC Methodologies: Orchestrate and refine methodologies to drive GM and NS/L, addressing specific channel questions and owning consumer occasions.
* Enhancing Promotional Strategies: Create transparency on internal promotional performance and develop and implement competitive promotional strategies and guidelines to drive GM% and topline impact.
* Redefining Mix Strategy: Redefine mix strategy by brand, pricing group, and product to build a GM% accretive portfolio.
Über Dich
* Relevant Business Degree, with a Sales, Marketing, Finance or Business management specialization
* 5+ years of relevant professional experience in RGM, Sales, Marketing, Finance or Consulting in FMCG
* Strong analytical thinking skills, experience in RGM calculations and understanding of key trade concepts (e.g profit pool, trade margin)
* Effective stakeholder management, strong resilience, and the flexibility to quickly grasp cross-functional areas.
* Role needs strong acumen to drive data-driven-decision-making, develop strategy and penetrate and track action plans
* Strong team player with ability to foster x-functional collaboration
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint and Excel (Power Query or Power BI experience is a plus)
* Fluent language skills in English, German is a plus
