We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate (f/m/x) to join our team and work directly with our CTO. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a high-impact company and be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge solutions for frontline workers. You’ll be supporting our CTO by tackling key technical, product, and operational challenges, all while playing a central role in scaling our vision. What You’ll Do Execution & Problem-Solving: Handle a wide range of tasks, from small operational fixes to strategic projects. Founder-Level Exposure: Work closely with the CTO daily, learning firsthand how to scale a product and company. Technical & Product Support: Manage API-related requests, and work with JSON, Postman, and basic Webflow/JavaScript if needed. Stakeholder Management: Communicate with vendors, partners (eg. Datadog), and internal teams to remove blockers. Who You Are You’ve been in a fast-growing startup or VC-backed environment and love the energy.
