We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive (m/w/d), located in Germany, in the Stuttgart region, in Korntal-Münchingen, to drive the growth of Sphere XG, an enterprise-ready SaaS solution that allows construction teams to easily capture, communicate, and control site progress through 360° photo capture, BIM models, and Point Cloud data. In this role, you will manage the full sales life cycle for new and existing business. You will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers in construction and facilities management and conducting live demonstrations of the Sphere XG platform both remotely and onsite. How you will make a difference FARO Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, including product demonstrations, needs assessment and negotiation Track and manage the sales pipeline in Sales Force, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are tailored Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback Continuously provide feedback from prospects and customers to the marketing and product teams Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales best practices Manage existing accounts, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and work with the Customer Success Team to ensure customer satisfaction Present and demonstrate the value of the SaaS platform while positioning a complete solution that solves for customers’ specific pain point This position requires 5 years of proven sales experience, selling SaaS or software preferred Experience in or with the Construction industry preferred Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Business, Economics, or a related discipline preferred Familiarity with Digital Reality Technology (360 Photography, Terrestrial LiDAR, SLAM scanners) and the AEC industry is a plus FARO offers In general, a permanent employment contract Flexible working hours Training Employee Reward & Recognition Scheme Inclusive At FARO, we are committed to encouraging different perspectives and ideas that foster innovation.
