Project Description:
Due to adjustments and extension of policies, there is a risk that multiple applications may not be meeting the requirements. The respective aspects have to be reviewed and adjusted to meet the standards defined by the policies. The final goal is to have all applications reviewed, documented, and compliant with the client standards.
Task Description:
1. Independently interviewing Business Application Owners in weekly remote meetings to collect and document their functional requirements on changes and updates to be delivered through the ServiceNow repository for FinTec-related applications (Lifecycle changes, Firewall requests, Change Requests setup, Service Transition checklists checks), considering information provided by the client in advance based on own knowledge and experience.
2. Independently interviewing the FinTec Services Coordinator in weekly remote meetings to collect and document his functional requirements on changes and updates to be delivered through the ServiceNow repository for FinTec-related applications, considering information provided by the client in advance based on own knowledge and experience.
3. Independently interviewing the Security Officer in weekly remote meetings to collect and document his functional requirements on changes and updates to be delivered through the ServiceNow repository for FinTec-related applications (Data protection classification, Disaster Recovery Plans & Tests, Data Deletion concepts, Security concepts), considering information provided by the client in advance based on own knowledge and experience.
4. Analyzing the functional requirements and estimating the complexity of the implementation (time, effort, needed skills) for the purpose of defining possible implementation plans based on own evaluation and expertise.
5. Developing possible implementation plans in the form of decision papers based on all steps related to the functional requirements review and analysis, and presenting them to the FinTec Solutions Manager (online meeting) for sign-off.
6. Implementing the selected plan approved by the FinTec Solutions Manager according to the presented timeline and quality gates, based on own expertise.
7. Reviewing the Data Quality of the FinTec Solutions applications in ServiceNow on a weekly basis and presenting the outcome to the FinTec Solutions Manager for definition of needed updates and adjustments to reach correct data entries in ServiceNow.
8. Reviewing the status of Incidents and changes in ServiceNow on a weekly basis and presenting (online meeting) the status to the FinTec Solutions Manager to identify SLA breaches (automated setting in ServiceNow).

Skills:
Must Have: general technological skills (SAP, Azure) and ability to analyze non-SAP solutions.
