As a (Sr.) Project Manager, you will be part of our international Advanced Operations PMO team, responsible for developing process strategies for patient-specific products in the Cranio-Maxillo-Facial (CMF) area—from the initial concept to the successful start of production using efficient manufacturing methods.
WhatYou Will Do:
1. Lead projects for implementing supply chains and manufacturing strategies for new patient-specific products.
2. Accountability for all design transfer activities and to deliver the product on time, in scope, in quality and on budget.
3. Manage project and productcostswhileproactivelyidentifying and mitigating project risks.
4. Activate and motivatethe project teamtodrive project success and achievegoals on time.
5. Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and suppliers to understand end-customer needs and ensure successful project implementation.
6. Innovate and improve the current project management tools and the PMO governance.
WhatYou Need:
Required:
7. Advanceddegree in (medical) engineering, computerscience, naturalsciences, or a relatedfield.
8. 3+ yearsofexperience in managingprojects, processdevelopment, or R&D.
9. Excellent communication skills in English, enablingyoutointeracteasily in an innovative, international, and interculturalenvironment.
Preferred:
10. Experience in manufacturingtechnology, innovative manufacturingprocesses (such as 3D printing) and a solid understandingoftechnicaldrawings.
11. Experience in regulated environment with proven success in project management.
