LOCATION: Augsburg, Germany TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate and manage a complex, multi-vendor test environment comprising approximately 2,000 virtual machines Continuously evolve the test landscape in line with internal R&D and business requirements Deploy, administrate, and operate new test environments featuring specialized test scenarios across diverse industries (e.g., Healthcare, Insurance, Finance, etc.) Take full ownership of agreed core technologies, ensuring optimal performance and security P lan, coordinate, and execute routine maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency Perform continuous monitoring and resource planning to guarantee optimal test environment performance Automate various process steps to streamline operations and improve reliability Actively contribute to patch and vulnerability management, ensuring compliance with security standards Serve as an internal consultant to R&D, providing expertise and guidance on IT infrastructure and emerging technologies EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: A versatile IT professional with a passion for exploring new technologies and taking proactive ownership of responsibilities Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT administration Advanced proficiency on managing Microsoft technologies Basic experience with Linux (multiple distributions) administration Strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English Interested?
