Your Tasks
* You take responsibility for the support of our existing customers and act as a contact person for existing customers
* You are responsible for quoting and monitoring the follow-up activities
* Together with the inside sales team, you carry out campaigns to increase sales to existing customers through cross-selling and upselling
* You maintain the data in the SEEBURGER internal CRM system
* You are responsible for clarifying contract inquiries and contract changes
* You take over the coordination for invoice clarification
* You work closely with defined account managers in all commercial areas
Your Profile
* You have a completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
* Ideally, you have 1-2 years of professional experience in sales of products and/or services in need of explanation in the B2B area
* You are interested in IT topics and have already gained experience in IT sales
* Experienced in the use of common Microsoft tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, ...)
* Good oral and written language skills in German and English
* You work in a structured and conscientious way and you care about customer satisfaction
* Your appearance is characterized by openness and communication skills
* You are committed and enjoy working in an agile and flexible team.
