* Innovative and practice-oriented teaching and supervision of students at the Institute of Marketing & Global Management, in German and English, at Bachelor/Master/Continuing Education level
* Conduct independent research in the main topics of the Global Management specialist group
* Collaborative development, submission and implementation of third-party funded research projects (e.g. SNSF, In-nosuisse)
* Contribute to shaping the thematic profile of the Institute of Marketing & Global Management as part of a dynamic team and representing the Institute both internally and externally
* Development and further development of courses
What you'll bring with you
* PhD in the subject area (e.g. Global Management, International Business, Intercultural Communication or Business Communication)
* Strong stakeholder orientation beyond management (e.g. customers, employees, local communities)
* First proven international publications (peer-reviewed conferences/journals)
* Several years of practical experience outside academia in the subject area is a must
* Enjoy teaching and acquiring/applying didactic skills
