Our teams want to succeed – and you’ll be in great company, working with people and in a business that supports you to thrive. There’s never been a better time to join us as we develop and build our future together. Are you in? HOW YOU'LL IMPACT. Challenging Tasks : As a working student, you will primarily support one of our Senior Project Managers in handling a variety of tasks in the areas of INVERTO Training Center (ITC) and project support. Your main responsibilities will include creating and further developing presentations (e.g., proposals, internal and external training modules), preparing client meetings, and, in some cases, assisting in project work. Diverse Insights : Through close collaboration with our Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a range of current topics and projects across different industries. Experiences that broaden your horizons : Together with colleagues from the ITC (INVERTO Training Center), you will work on the development of training programs for both external and internal clients. This will give you insights into the issues currently impacting purchasing departments. Additionally, you will be entrusted with a high level of responsibility from the start, allowing you to grow both professionally and personally. WHAT YOU'LL BRING. You are a student in an advanced semester of an economics-related degree program and can demonstrate (very) good academic performance. You are particularly interested in topics such as purchasing, supply chain management, training with a consulting focus, and professional development. Already during your studies, you have expanded your theoretical knowledge with practical experience. Analytical thinking, flexibility, result orientation, and a structured, independent, and precise way of working are second nature to you. You enjoy taking responsibility and are not afraid to contribute your own ideas and implement them. You thrive in a team, stay grounded, treat others with fairness, and bring authenticity to every interaction. A confident presence in an international work environment rounds out your profile, and you demonstrate your strong communication skills in fluent English and business-level German.
