1. Orchestrating regional account plans and strategies.
2. Unearthing major growth opportunities and leading the charge in developing compelling value propositions for our clients.
3. Cementing strategic alliances with principal partners and decision-makers.
4. Masterfully conducting sales and marketing operations of our SafePilot solution, staying true to the high standards of Trelleborg.
5. Steering the tender and sales journey from inception to solution delivery, in collaboration with our software design and project management teams, ensuring both technical and commercial requirements are exceeded.
6. Keeping a pulse on market trends, connecting to the market via social media / Linkedin, transforming insights into actionable business opportunities.

About the Ideal Candidate

What you bring:
24. A minimum of 5 years in technical system sales, with a preference for experience in the Marine sector.
25. You are a citizen of a European country.
26. Proven sales prowess, ideally with a background in navigation/positioning, IT, as Maritime Pilot, or related fields.
27. Fluent in English, with additional EMEA regional languages considered a plus.
28. A vibrant personality with a keen sense of cultural nuances.
29. Willingness to travel extensively (50%) across the EMEA region.
30. Ability to work remotely, demonstrating a structured and disciplined work ethic.
