We are seeking a Founders Associate (m/f/d) to work closely with our C-level executives, supporting them in managing daily operations and driving strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Strategic and Operational Support:
* Assist the founders and C-level executives in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
* Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and analyses to inform decision- making.
Project Management:
* Lead and support cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency.
* Track progress on key initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
* Report financial results and assist with budgeting decisions.
Market Research & Analysis:
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities relevant to our industry.
* Analyse financial and operational data to support business planning and growth strategies.
Process Optimization:
* Identify and implement improvements in day-to-day operations.
* Develop and maintain frameworks for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Administrative & Executive Support:
* Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for the C-level team.
* Support fundraising, investor relations, and stakeholder management efforts.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields with strong academic record;
* exposure to biotechnology or life sciences is a plus.
Experience:
* 1–3 years of relevant work experience in management consulting, operations, or a similar role within a startup or fast-growing company.
Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex tasks.
* Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mindset:
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
* A hands-on attitude and a willingness to dive into a variety of tasks.
Languages:
* Full professional proficiency in English and German.
Travel:
* Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to support the team at international events or meetings.
