Basic Responsibilities:
1. Manages and provides G&Os to End User Sales, Customer Service and Application Engineering/Support teams within areas of responsibility that interact with:
* End Users
* Direct OEM’s and referred OEM’s
* Industry Trade Organizations
1. Sets short and long-term sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current sales deployment to drive market share growth.
2. Provides VOC input to Business Unit Leadership.
3. Executes EMEAI strategic and sales plans within Area of Responsibility.
4. Serves as the escalation point for sales associates and internal customer issues.
5. Manage each seller’s disciplined selling processes to attain quota: 1) Purposeful account planning, 2) Time and territory management, and 3) Funnel opportunity management/CRM proficiency.
6. Maintains a review cadence on funnel and Account Plans with sellers and business unit partners.
7. Provides accurate bookings forecasts.
8. Performance Management of the team.
9. Perform annual review of account segmentation and account assignments. Deploy sales resources to effectively meet/exceed annual team and individual quota targets.
10. Reviews SAMP plans for strategic accounts.
11. Leverage KPI’s provided by the CRM as a tool in coaching sellers.
12. Maintain C-level relationships at key accounts.
13. Coaches, trains, and develops a group of sellers to overdrive quota.
14. Develops sales talent in the organization and builds bench strength in the organization.
15. Interviews and hires new sales talent as needed.
16. Performs annual performance evaluations for sales team members.
17. Perform twice-annual SMART goal review and execute merit increase assessment.
18. Utilize Regal Rexnord talent review tools to assess team talent and potential.
19. Facilitate regional meetings.
20. Leads customer related trainings and plant visits.
21. Manages root-cause countermeasure (RCCM) process.
22. Trade Organization participation and leadership.
Requirements:
1. BS Industrial Technologies/Mech. Eng./Industrial Distribution or related field preferred.
2. 8+ years of experience in the Industrial Automation industry experience preferred.
3. +3 years sales management experience preferred with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets and quotas.
4. Ability to travel up to 40%.
5. Deep Industry and Channel Knowledge.
