PandaDoc is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Growth within the Monetization Area. In this high-impact role, you will help define and execute the roadmap for PandaDoc’s monetization strategy, leading a product squad dedicated to driving long-term business growth, with a heavy focus on our PLG motion. Your efforts will focus on optimizing key areas such as pricing and packaging, checkout, upgrade and downgrade flows, and other critical monetization touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of experimentation, self-serve best practices, and SaaS metrics and KPIs, along with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. With a proven track record of successfully leading monetization initiatives and driving revenue growth, preferably through a product-led growth (PLG) approach, you will be responsible for leading a team and creating, aligning, and championing a product strategy grounded in a deep understanding of our users and GTM motions, thoroughly supported by data.
In this role, you will :
* Develop and implement a comprehensive monetization strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the product team.
* Drive product enhancements and optimizations to boost conversion rates and net dollar retention.
* Design and oversee A / B tests and experiments to validate growth hypotheses and measure results.
* Utilize data to uncover growth opportunities and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Work closely with engineering, design, product marketing, and sales teams to drive monetization initiatives.
* Ensure clear communication and alignment across all departments and stakeholders.
* Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors to advocate for user-centric product development.
Requirements :
5 years of prior experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused or Growth role.
Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that is focused on learning as quickly as possible. You should both enjoy and feel confident rolling your sleeves up to own everything from strategy to execution.
Experience running AB tests and disseminating learnings to the rest of the organization.
Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and finding solutions to complex problems.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
