Senior HR Business Partner Markets As a Senior HR Business Partner, who’ll report to the HR Director-Markets, you are responsible for connecting business priorities to people strategy and deliverables while supporting organization change and ensuring successful adoption in a fast growing environment. You will develop and implement strong, consistent people management practices across Markets within the respective population. What you do Business Acumen: Demonstrate curiosity and empathy and a desire to learn all aspects of the business and understand its priorities. Seek to understand the enterprise strategy and on-going transformation of the business. Effective Relationship Building: Partner effectively with leaders and colleagues to build trust and confidence in people topics. Become the leaders’ go to person on the HR strategy and talent topics. Partner effectively within the HR Community. Stakeholder Management: Engage with and influence senior stakeholders, advising on what can and should be delivered in terms of strategic HR initiatives. Active discussion partner for functional business leaders. Provide consulting advice, build credibility, demonstrate accountability to influence the senior stakeholders and to present compelling, financially sound business cases. Change Management: Lead on all organization change, ensuring successful adoption, and demonstrate the ability to facilitate discussions around change and transformation with Leadership. Problem Solving: Identify strategic, cross-business problems before they emerge, and are critical in helping all teams get to root causes and solutions. Communication: Communicate the long-term vision and mission for the company effectively. Collaborate effectively with functional leaders. Strategic Workforce Planning: Prepare and plan for future talent needs across Markets. Interpret the business strategy to deliver strategic workforce plan in collaboration with key partners (short and long term plans). Coaching: Be able to coach the business leaders as well as the direct reports and wider HRBP community. Data Driven & Digital Acumen: Provide a plan on how HR can have a greater impact on the business performance by leveraging data and insight as well as interpret and provide metrics and KPI to guide management decisions that drive people strategy. Effectively utilizing digital technologies and tools. HR Strategy & Organizational Design: Proactively support the development and implementation of strategy and advise on organizational effectiveness (i.e. engagement, retention). - Collaboration: Lead management of all people aspects in conjunction with HR Centers of Expertise (CoE) and wider HR community Organizational health and effectiveness: Consult and identify ways to improve business efficiency and operational improvements in alignment with the business model. Team leadership: Create and lead a high performing HR Business Partnering team. What you bring 7 years’ experience as HR Business partner in a global, matrixed organization Fluent knowledge of English, any other language is an extra Demonstrated experience in project management Robust and effective consulting approach Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to multitask and work in an international environment.
