The Senior Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the efficient organisation and management of all logistics and warehouse-related activities in the Trident Cluster. This position ensures that the availability of goods for the operation of the offshore wind farms is guaranteed and that the operational logistics processes run smoothly.
About the role
* Technical management of a team of up to 10 employees, including motivation, training and development.
* Operational personnel and resource planning to ensure optimal capacity utilisation.
* Promoting a safe and productive working environment and compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Ensuring the timely and efficient processing of all operational activities in the logistics and warehouse area.
* Monitoring inventory processes and the precise management and control of stock levels.
* Coordinating and managing external logistics service providers to ensure high quality and cost efficiency.
* Negotiating and monitoring contracts in coordination with internal procurement.
* Responsibility for the correct processing of value flows in SAP WM/MM.
Job requirements and experience
* Degree in logistics, supply chain management or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience.
* Experience in managing and developing teams in the warehouse and logistics area.
* Sound knowledge in the use of SAP WM/MM and in the management of logistics processes.
* Strong organisational and analytical skills as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Good written and spoken German and English.
