Your future role. - As Financial Sales Excellence Manager within our corporate sales organization you'll become part of an international project team and: - You will be responsible to support multiple global sales related governance topics, such as - Support in maintaining guidance on internal business rules (former ZRG) - Non-disclosure agreements - Supplier qualification support - Reporting and follow up on pending contracts - Support on global cash management program such as A/R reductions and payment terms - Support in sales frame agreements towards the business - LoA - Governance. You actively work on further development and incorporation of the sales offer release process for product and project business in line with management needs, give guidance to the businesses and countries and also act as a moderator and organizer of the senior mgmt. LoA meetings - Provide and collect data from individual countries for improvement and streamlining on processes and guidelines - You will develop and maintain and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive sales performance and optimize business strategies. - You collaborate with regional sales and digital sales teams to understand business objectives and sales goals. - You drive the development of sales forecasting and pipeline plannings based on data from various sources. - Provide guidance and commercial support for questions about further tool developments along the complete lead-to-order process. - You prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. - Since we are new own company with a new owner, desire, flexibility and openness for leading various topics as they are requested by senior management is important Your profile. - Successfully completed university degree in business administration / management, information management or a related field, showing high IT affinity or adequate other experience with long term business experience - Proven long term experience as a Commerical Sales Manager and Commercial Project Manager - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, Power BI Experience in Siemens environment - Long term experience of PMSiemens or other project management methodology and sales offer approval process (e.g. LoA) - Experience with CRM systems (e.g. MS Dynamics), sales analytics platforms and sales performance tracking tools is an advantage - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - You have good communication skills, the ability to work in a global team and intercultural competence in working with internal and external partners at all levels. - Language: English professional level (written & verbal), German What's IN it for you (Our Benefits) - Compensation according to the applicable collective agreements of the metal and electrical industry - 30 days of vacation per calendar year - Flexible working models - Pension benefits - Development opportunities - Health care offerings - Childcare subsidy - Employer subsidy for "Deutschlandticket - Canteens with lower prices for employees - Access to a benefits portal with attractive employee offers Ready to power the future with us?
