Howyou will create an impact:
9. You lead the development and optimization of live and self-paced training programs for our employees in consulting and central functions to align with organizational goals.
10. You develop strategic plans and drive project implementation for learning-related initiatives.
11. You collect and synthesize stakeholder input to create new training concepts and solutions.
12. You ensure the quality of the end-to-end training delivery process, including capacity planning and budget monitoring.
13. You develop communication plans and tailor communications to different stakeholders to achieve high learner engagement and management buy-in.
14. You maintain relationships with vendors/trainers, review and select new vendors, and manage contracts.
15. You review and improve training quality through feedback and LMS metrics.
Aboutyou:
16. You hold a university or business school graduate with a degree in business, HRM, organizational psychology, or a similar field.
17. You have over five years of work experience in global training (program) management or as a business partner in learning and development in a global matrix organization, ideally in the professional services industry.
18. Your high emotional intelligence and strong ability to communicate, influence and negotiate at all levels is essential for your work.
19. You have strong project management and analytical skills, structured approach to problem-solving and high attention to detail; proven experience in leading cross-functional (project) teams and guiding senior stakeholders.
20. As a team player, you are able to collaborate virtually and across different cultures and time zones.
21. You bring in your experience in core training focus areas, e.g., sales, project management, communication, leadership development, DEI, ESG.
22. You are familiar with state-of-the-art learning management systems (LMS) and you have knowledge of modern learning concepts.
23. Your written and spoken English skills are excellent; Good German skills are a plus.
