Join us in Crayon Germany as a Customer Success Manager, where your primary role will be to become a trusted advisor and SPOC (single point of contact) for our customers. You will be part of the core team around the customer, finding cross- and up-selling opportunities.
Other responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives and develop tailored cloud solutions to address their needs
* Engage with customers to gather and analyze technical requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient cloud architecture designs
* Create detailed project proposals, including architectural diagrams, scope of work, resource estimates, costing, pricing and implementation plans
* Work closely with clients to conduct cloud readiness assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending strategies to optimize their cloud infrastructure
* Coach and develop consultants to grow their technical skill and delivery acumen
Your Competencies:
* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in IT
* Extensive experience with architecting Microsoft Cloud Services and Solutions
* Experience with writing detailed technical and commercial proposals, including costing, pricing, resource estimates
* Certifications in Cloud computing (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect and M365) are highly desirable
