Our new Product Manager is a subject matter expert in the area of Contract Lifecycle Management and should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. Your Mission Your role as Product Manager Contract Lifecycle Management leverages a number of responsibilities that are very important to Onventis. Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, collecting (business) requirements and roadmap prioritization. Translate product ideas into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams. Create and describe business cases including value proposition, effort/cost analysis, potential revenue and ROI. Define product objectives for effective marketing communications and go-to-market strategy. Your job As our new Product Manager Contract Lifecycle Management, you: shape the Product roadmap for our Contract Lifecycle Management solutions which is in line with the product strategy and company objectives. are fully aware of market trends and customer needs. Speaks to analysts and assesses current competitor offerings to seek opportunities for differentiation. collect and appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans. make sure you are always aligned with internal and external stakeholders regarding the product roadmap, the priorities of the roadmap items and managing expectations. collaborate closely with the Product Owner, developers, consultants, marketing and sales teams. are focusing on the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share. Your Profile Strong experience, at least 3 years, in a dynamic product management role and Agile software development processes. Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. In depth knowledge of the business domain of Contract Lifecycle Management. Knowledge of the entire procurement domain, from Sourcing to paying the invoice, is also very important for fulfilling this role. Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing and go-to-market strategies. Exceptional speaking and writing skills in English, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills. Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant orientation. Knowledge of and experience with Agile frameworks.
