Drive revenue growth by translating business unit strategy into actionable sales plans. Manage multi channel, cross regional market interdependencies. Create and implement targeted sales action plans to achieve department and business unit goals. Lead the sales department, setting and overseeing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Identify and develop growth opportunities while ensuring department performance. Drive sales improvements and manage the departments high level calendar, prioritizing key events. Support the sales team at major client events, trade fairs, and industry forums, building relationships with key clients. Lead the sales team through product and country launches. Promote Nexaro''s core values and vision, and people development of direct reports. Analyze sales performance using reports and sales analytics tools, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Develop and track sales KPIs, providing insights to the General Manager. Identify new business opportunities, market mix adjustments, and potential for country expansion.
