Then you've come to the right place We are currently looking for a Financial Controller (m/f/d) to actively support our Finance department in Flensburg This is how You Make a Difference As our Financial Controller (m/f/d) you will support the Finance team in ensuring the financial health of the group by monitoring all financial planning and analyses activities. Therefore, making and keeping the finances of the entire r2p Group transparent to several stakeholders is key for this position. You will contribute to this with the following tasks: Helping the group to ensure that the financial controlling is conducted consistently throughout all business units of the group. Preparing month-end, forecasting and planning reports for the management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Additionally, providing stakeholders with relevant financial and leading non-financial KPIs. Executing analysis against previous planning, forecasts and budgets. Bridging the group reporting to the respective status and performance of our customer projects. Supporting the overall budgeting process and forecasts on financial performance and cash flow. Identifying risks and opportunities for proper decision-making processes and challenge performance in diverse areas through ad hoc analysis. Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance. You are a problem solver with strong analytical skills. communicative, cooperative and pro-active. a self-starter with a hands-on mentality, who shows initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment. motivated and energised when it comes to building things up from scratch. What you Bring to the Table A degree in finance or a related field. At least 3 years of work experience in delivering financial reporting, planning and quantitative analysis. A willingness to develop with the finance team and our evolving tasks. Strong English and German language skills (written and verbal). Also an advantage: Accounting knowledge and experience working with group consolidation and tools like Lucanet and PowerBI. Experience from working in a project driven business environment.
