In this role, you will oversee the implementation of HV safety protocols, coordinate project support, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will play a key part in mentoring and developing technicians to meet complex HV project demands. Global on-call availability will be required to provide guidance across our various sites and projects.How to contribute to our visionYour key responsibilities in this role are followings:Project and Operational SupportLead and oversee the implementation of high-voltage safety measures and operational protocols on designated projects.Serve as the Lead Senior Authorized Person on assigned projects, managing high-voltage safety and operational decisions.Respond to global on-call requests as necessary, offering technical expertise and leadership across projects.Manage and oversee third-party HV contractors to ensure work quality, adherence to safety regulations, and compliance with project standards.Training and DevelopmentMentor and train technicians on HV systems, safety protocols, and operational best practices, fostering a high standard of technical expertise within the team.Design and lead training sessions, workshops, and onsite support to enhance technician skill levels and safety awareness.As Lead Senior Authorized person be responsible for arranging project kick of sessions, and training of Senior Authorized persons and Authorized PersonCross-Departmental CollaborationWork closely with the electrical engineering and sales departments to provide technical guidance during project planning and implementation phases.Travel to site and advice HV Team in installation processes Hands On, HV electrical safety, 60-80 travel days a year is expected besides travelling for training.What you need to make a differenceWe are looking for candidates who have a B.Sc.EE (power systems) or similar qualifications combined with +3 years of relevant electro technical experience from the wind turbine business or from the offshore, grid operator, power plant, consultancy, or the manufacturing or construction industries or similar.Experience with international projects and various cultures will be considered a great advantage.You should also possess strong technical and management skills within the technical area and in parallel your perspective is broad- and open-minded.Experience with management, preferable with experience from international organizations, documented education or training will be an advantage in this position.You have documented experience working as a Senior Authorized Person for minimum 2 years within wind industry.It is essential that your mind-set is project oriented, still with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Your personality is characterized as positive, proactive, and self-driven enabling you to work with colleagues from multiple cultures in a project oriented environment.
