Sales Operations Manager
Our client is a family-run, internationally active manufacturer of technologies for industrial production based in Baden-Württemberg. We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to start as soon as possible. You will be responsible for a number of key tasks aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes within the company. As the future job holder, you will play a central role in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to continuously improve sales processes.
Tasks
* Establish and maintain strong sales processes
* Responsible for development and maintenance of sales tools
* Sales performance management
* Budget planning
* Establishes sales compensation program rules, policies and procedures
* Leads partner program implementation and operational follow-up
Requirements
* Deep knowledge and experience with managing sales operations, including track record of ambitious budget target achievement in international environments
* Significant experience in sales processes and tools deployment
* Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with lean techniques applied to commercial organizations is a plus
* Good communication skills and ability to drive change within a team
* Ability to take ownership of projects from planning to execution with entrepreneurial hands-on spirit
* Strong customer orientation
* Bilingual English and German is preferred, fluent in English is mandatory
