Recruiter (m/f/d)
20 to 30 hours/week until December 2025

We are a 100% independent, family-owned Luxembourg company with over 175 years' experience in the tobacco industry and brands expertise (FMC, FCT, accessories, vaping and new generation tobacco products). With the changing times, we have embarked on an innovative journey to develop Next Generation.
Due to a maternity leave, our HR team is looking for a Recruiter who is eager to ‘do the work’, big and small and play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent that is aligned with our mission and values.
You will join a team of 5 people with different personalities and backgrounds, working closely together in a pleasant professional environment with a great team spirit.
It’s a short-term contract of 20 to 30 working hours per week. The contract runs from your arrival until December 2025.
Your mission:
Actively managing the entire recruitment cycle in response to the organization’s needs:
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent;
* Proactively source and engage active & passive candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Adem and other relevant platforms, to identify and engage high quality candidates;
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high volume and niche roles for ongoing company needs;
* Track and nurture candidate relationships through ongoing communication and personalized outreach;
* Conduct an initial candidate screening to assess their qualifications and interest in open roles.
* Participate in face-to-face interviews;
* Negotiate job offers, prepare offer letters, employment contracts and other necessary documentation;
* Coordinate the induction process by gathering necessary documentation (payroll, IT request, trial period follow up, etc.) and ensure a smooth onboarding for new employees;
* Deliver a great candidate experience, where candidates feel valued and motivated to work for Landewyck;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing processes and identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing our recruitment strategies;
* Be the point of contact for all recruitment for the Luxembourg authorities;
* Report and escalate issues as and when required.
Your profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar;
* At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a related role (e.g., Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist with direct contact with candidates);
* Knowledge of employment law in Luxembourg (contract, trial period, remuneration etc.);
* Fluency in at least two of the three languages French, German and English, both written and spoken;
* Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and best practices with a proven experience in sourcing passive candidates;
* Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools/job boards;
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
