Your roleYou will liase with business stakeholders, such as the global omnichannel excellence team, country marketing leaders, and creative & marketing agencies, to provide consultation and advice on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) based website development. By understanding business requirements, you are expected to convert them into technical specifications, including epics and user-stories. Assessing existing AEM templates and solutions, you will identify discrepancies between the current implementations and the business expectations. Furthermore, you will guide the technical team on best practices regarding Adobe AEM, focusing on template creation, styling, usage, and associated services. Collaborating closely with developers and customers will be crucial to ensure the implementation is both effective and user-friendly, meeting both business objectives and user needs. Who you areMaster’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field with 10+ years on leading CMS toolsAEM Business Practitioner Certification or equivalent but preferred option is AEM Architect CertificationExpertise in design of AEM templates, custom components and OSGi bundles and servicesStrong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and best practicesStrong knowledge of integrating AEM with other solutions and platforms (Analytics, Target, CRM, Veeva Vault etc.)Proven experience in migrating classic AEM to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and/or implementing Edge Delivery Services.Excellent Verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage with senior stakeholders in customer organization and technical teamsGood problem solving and debugging skillsKnowledge of end-to-end systems development life cyclesIdeally, experience with pharmaceutical marketing & sales processesExtensive experience working in virtual teamsSCRUM certification as SCRUM master or product owner is a plus
