ServiceNow Solutions Engineering team is the core team in Amadeus for our production process and employee services.

Summary of the position:
You will support the team with UX skills to enhance the current solution deployed. Further analyze current usage and propose improvements, help the team with mockups and wireframes
Key Responsibilities
1. Research and provide support to understand the user flows and context of usage
2. Ideate and Prototype: Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
3. Evaluate: Gather feedback with user tests
4. Contribute to the bigger ITSM picture by identifying design problems and propose elegant solutions
5. Follow-up: check quality of the development
What you need to join:
6. Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a major in User Experience, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
7. Advanced knowledge in UX methods and applying them on industry solutions (ServiceNow platform preferred)
8. Prototyping, wireframing, mock ups (UI): Figma
9. Proficient in using visual design tools: Adobe/Figma
10. Aware of Agile working methods
11. Interest in UX/UI
12. Interest in Information Architecture
13. Comfortable with oral and written communication skills.
14. Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams
15. English speaker (native or advanced proven professional level)
