Join us as: Digital Transformation Manager (m/f/d) In this role, your responsibility will be to spearhead the digital transformation within the Business Communication business unit, aligning with the BU´s broader goals and objectives. Your tasks include the identification, piloting and integration of digital solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline processes and drive business growth. In close collaboration with IT, Development and the Corporate Digital Transformation Team, you will be responsible for managing and executing the buildout of a robust digital transformation roadmap that supports business needs and ensures scalability for future growth. Further, you will pinpoint critical digital touchpoints that leverage improved customer experience. You will identify potential risks linked to digital transformation and develop mitigation strategies to manage them. Your role will also encompass engagement with stakeholders across different business functions to gain buy-in for digital initiatives and ensure aligned implementation. Your tasks Support in deriving and prioritizing strategic projects from the business unit’s strategy as part of the strategy development lifecycle Be an active member of the Digital Transformation steering and/or project teams to represent the BU´s interests and requirements Develop specific plan(s) to lead the digital transformation of the business unit Manage the entire work plan for the Business Unit digital transition, provide status reports, locate problems and control risks If required, lead projects in the BU´s digital transformation program Define the goals, scope and expected outcomes along with measures to track progress and success for digital projects and ensure alignment with the business unit’s strategic direction Ensure a customer-oriented mindset of the project team(s) and include – where applicable – the customer voice to guide important project decisions Establish and maintain relationships with relevant key stakeholders providing transparency on project status and changes Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management levels and prepare decision-making on critical milestones to achieve alignment and commitment on the digital transformation progress from management Identify, initiate and coordinate required change initiatives inside or outside the project scope that are crucial for the success of digital transformation Your profile You have a degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or comparable degree programmes You have 10 years of professional experience in the development of digital solutions You have strong project management skills Due to your intercultural awareness and competence, you can demonstrate success in working remotely in a matrix organisation as well as knowledge of strategic topics You have a strong ability to deal with complexity and overcome uncertainty Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to work well across functions to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment You also take the initiative to drive decision-making at all levels of the organisation and can reconcile conflicting goals and objectives As a Digital Transformation Manager, you can present fluently in English You are a curious and empathetic character, passionate about digital transformation, can infect others with your enthusiasm and easily communicate even complex methods Your benefits Environment : A varied work environment awaits you in our international family business.
