Role Responsibilities: Customer-Oriented Consulting: Engage with customers to understand their needs, present tailored SAP solutions, and provide high-quality service. SAP FI/CO Expertise: Implement and support SAP S/4HANA FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules, ensuring their effective operation and alignment with business goals. Collaboration: Work closely with SAP consultants and developers both within the Munich office and across our Austrian offices in Linz and Vienna. Project Management: Ensure that customer projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations. Business Process Optimization: Identify and manage improvements in business processes within SAP environments. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Continuously expand your SAP expertise and share knowledge with the team. Key Requirements: Experience: At least 2 years of experience in SAP FI/CO, ideally in consulting, project management, or as an advanced key user. Experience in process industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, food, chemical) is a plus. Skills: Strong customer orientation with a proven ability to understand and meet client needs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex SAP concepts to both clients and colleagues. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FI and CO modules. Languages: German: C1 (professional working proficiency). English: B2 (good level of communication). Education: A university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
