In this role, you will provide support across various HR functions: You will support with HR administrative tasks, such as creation of employment certificate etc. You will support with creation of presentations for different HR topics and drafting of monthly HR newsletter You will support the team with topics throughout the employee lifecycle such as recruiting, onboardings and offboardings You will support with data maintenance in our HR system Personio You will support our Office Management Team&Events Team with various administrative tasks such as post distribution, office supplies orders, inventory verification, preparation for internal/external events etc. Your profile You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources management, social sciences, psychology or a related field with an availability of at least one year (preferably longer) and 15-20 hours per week Very good communication skills in German and English (at least C1 for both). Additional languages will be of advantage High proficiency in MS Office A service-oriented, proactive and supportive attitude An approachable and reliable team player Ideally you have initial practical experiences in human resources Why us?
