Then we will look forward to meeting you Your responsibilities You will be part of a central organisational team responsible for driving and steering SAP Plant Maintenance standardization and Maintenance process harmonization improvements across several UK and European assets Work with and support colleagues in all Uniper countries, technologies, and business areas by aligning SAP Plant Maintenance practices and procedures Managing future enhancements and improvements to the SAP Plant Maintenance system utilizing new technology’s such as Fiori, Ui5 Dashboards & Mobile Apps by writing business requirement documents, system testing, implementation and asset roll out, end user training Deliver a suite of Maintenance Strategy processes such as Maintenance Criticality and Plant Maintenance Strategy optimisation to the assets You shall conduct SAP system testing and maintenance such as data and roles to support the Assets and their users Your profile Extensive understanding and experience on the use of SAP Plant Maintenance Computerised Maintenance Management System Experienced use of Engineering principles demonstrable in total asset management Relevant operational and/or strategic experience in power generation (or an equivalent industry) is highly desirable Experience of initiating and leading improvement projects using very latest technologies Good interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills at senior and working levels with an ability to flex style depending on the situation Strong conceptual, analytical, and technical skills are essential Ability to build strong networks, self-motivation to high performance and drive change Result oriented, open-minded and ability to spot opportunities for improvements to business process and user interaction Undertake domestic and international travel when required Fluency in English and / or German languages to technical level Your benefits At Uniper, we not only reward our employees with attractive salaries, an excellent company pension and health related benefits for their hard work and dedication to shaping the future energy transition.
