As a Business Development Representative at SPREAD, you will play a key role in our software sales efforts, contributing significantly to the company’s success. Your role involves understanding the needs of potential customers and working closely with them to develop sustainable solutions through our platform and software. You will be responsible for the entire process, from lead generation and qualification to supporting our Account Executives in closing deals.
Your Mission
* Prospecting & Outreach: Take charge of reaching out to large enterprises and corporations across Europe through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to showcase the capabilities of our software in data analytics and engineering intelligence.
* Customer Analysis: Understand the challenges and needs of potential customers to co-create tailored solution concepts with our Value Team.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce, ensuring reliable tracking of customer activities.
* Lead Qualification: Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify new leads and schedule successful product demonstrations.
* Industry Focus: Optionally specialize in different industries to build targeted expertise.
Your Experience
* Language Skills: You are fluent in English and French. German is a plus.
* Sales Drive: You have a strong ambition to succeed in sales and the persistence to consistently generate qualified leads.
* Quick Learner: You grasp new concepts quickly, adapt to qualification frameworks like MEDDICC or SPIN, and bring high emotional intelligence with a proactive and positive attitude.
* Motivation for Sales: You are naturally curious and passionate about sales, with a drive to exceed your goals. You maintain optimism even during challenging periods.
