Your mission
The ERP Systems Product Owner is a pivotal role responsible for seamlessly integrating the design and functionality of ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. This role combines the expertise of an architect to ensure robust system design with that of a product owner to drive alignment with business needs and priorities.
* Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, translating business requirements into actionable plans.
* Define and prioritize features, user stories, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
* Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
* Perform analytical tasks in support of the Finance department.
* Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices, maintain data integrity, and optimize system functionality.
* Stay up to date with upcoming Business central upgrades and features.
* Support different business teams and stakeholders internationally, to reflect new business transactions properly in the reporting systems
Your profile
* 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering solutions based on Business Central, ideally at a Microsoft Partner or at End user.
* Ability to understand system interfaces within a broader technical landscape and business context.
* Proven experience in product ownership within ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
* In-depth knowledge of ERP system configuration, integration, and extension capabilities (preferably Business Central).
* Experience as a product owner in an agile environment and deep understanding of agile values, methods, tools, and principle
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration between business and technical teams.
* good knowledge of Finance basic processes, setups, and reporting.
* Required tools: Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SQL, AL, Project Management Tools e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, Wiki etc.
* Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.
* Quick adjustment to changing technologies and industry requirements.
* Strong English skills for clear and effective communication in a global context
