Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to facilitate seamless trade between buyers and suppliers on our marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges during the trading process.
* Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions.
* Conduct regular analysis of trade data and provide insights to enhance trading strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
* Address concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
* Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent German skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* A basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is a plus.
