TheSupplier Relationship Manager (SRM) isresponsible for facilities, MRO, and fleet in the EMEA Region. Thisrole will support significant procurement projects and work closelywith all business units and functions. The SRM will manage thecentral fleet for various countries in Europe (Germany, UK, France,Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, Netherlands) and manage all fleetrequests and inventories. This role will support, monitor, andassist the local tactical purchasing teams and site managers. Itwill ensure that policies and procedures relating to compliance,engagement, early involvement, supplier selection, assessment, anddevelopment are acknowledged andimplemented.
This positionreports to the Sr. Commodity Manager for Indirect Sourcing and ispart of the Global Integrated Supply Team located in Bad Kreuznach,Germany and will be an on-siterole.
In this role,you will have the opportunityto:
* Work on KeyPerformance indicators and cost-saving goals by focusing on savingsproject funnel ideation and execution, stay updated on emergingtechnologies/materials/best practices in indirect and supply chainmanagement, monitor market trends & industry developments toidentify opportunities for innovation/cost savings/riskmitigation.
* Oversee theimplementation of the indirect strategy, manage the procurementprocess, and ensurecompliance.
* Handle legalinteractions, such as supplier non-disclosure agreements and legalinteractions between Pall andsuppliers.
* Manage supplierrelationships by identifying and evaluating potential suppliers,conduct supplier assessments, attend supplier meetings/visits,maintain strong relationships with key suppliers viaSBR’s.
* Collaborate with thekey stakeholders and cross-functional teams (including engineering,manufacturing, materials, quality, finance), LTA’s/MSA’s negotiateand manage contractadministration.
Theessential requirements of the jobinclude:
* Bachelor’sDegree, preferably in procurement, supply chain, orengineering.
* 5+ years’experience in sourcing, purchasing, category management or supplierrelationship management.
* 3+years’ experience in indirect sourcing with focus on facilities offleet management.
* Proventrack record of negotiating contracts, reducing costs, andimproving supplierperformance.
* FluentEnglish and German speaker with excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills.
Travel,Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/EnvironmentRequirements:
* Abilityto travel 25% regionally andinternationally.
* Must have avalid driver’s license with an acceptable drivingrecord.

* Building,maintaining, and fostering relationships withsuppliers.
* Ability to adapt,think critically, and problem-solve underpressure.
