Job Description
* Lead the global compliance program, ensuring development and adherence to legal regulations and ethical standards; manage and promote the Compliance Management System (CMS) and report to Top Management and Supervisory Board.
* Maintain and further develop the Corporate Risk Management (RMS) and Internal Control System (IKS) in close cooperation with various internal stakeholders including roll-out in relevant subsidiaries.
* Manage the global insurance program and in close collaboration with external brokers.
* Develop a group wide Internal Audit plan based on a risk assessment; define, manage and execute the internal audit program, identify corrective actions together with Business Owners and manage its implementation.
* Ensure GDPR compliance in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer and the Legal Department.
* Manage the Environmental Management System and support CSRD reporting.
* Lead and inspire a small team of high-performing experienced professionals.
Qualifications
* Degree in business administration, law, risk management, or related field.
* 5 years + experience in compliance, risk, and environmental management in an international context.
* Knowledge of relevant legal requirements, industry standards and best practices in compliance.
* Strong analytical skills and high integrity.
* Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
