As the Head of Consumer Marketing, you will lead Chrono24’s global consumer marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through CRM, Performance Marketing, and Paid PR. You will oversee all consumer-facing marketing channels, ensuring a data-driven and customer-centric approach to maximize brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

* Extensive experience in consumer marketing, with a strong background in CRM, performance marketing ideally in an e-commerce, marketplace, or luxury goods
* Proven experience leading teams
* Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution modelling, and data-driven decision-making
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and ad tech solutions
* Experience in international markets and an understanding of cultural nuances in consumer marketing
* Strong interest in the luxury goods industry, ideally in high-end watches
