The ideal candidate will bring a proven ability to attract new clients and expertly recommend tailored solutions from Eybna's Terpene product range. We are looking for a self-driven, proactive sales professional with a strong background in B2B sales, ready to succeed in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities:
* Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, assessing their potential as viable sales opportunities
* Initiate contact with potential clients through strategic cold calls and targeted emails
* Effectively present our company and offerings to prospective clients
* Identify client needs and recommend suitable products and services
* Customize product solutions to optimize customer satisfaction and experience
* Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients
* Proactively seek new business opportunities within the market
* Coordinate meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
* Stay informed on new products, services, pricing, and payment options
Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in a Business Development Representative or similar role
* Proven hands-on expertise with diverse sales techniques, particularly cold calling
* Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Proficiency in MS Excel for effective data analysis and charting
* Solid understanding of key sales performance metrics
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and impactful presentations
* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive) and Priority ERP
* Fluency in German/French and English is required
* Experience in the Cannabis industry – an advantage
* Experience in the Functional Food & Beverage industry – an advantage
