It continuously invests in its product pipeline to tackle some of the most challenging cancers and improve patient care.
Our client is looking for a dedicated Sales Manager South Germany to join their growing oncology business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the German sales team to maximize the potential of key products in centers and key accounts
* Develop a national sales strategy as part of the leadership team
* Implement and optimize KOL management and peer education strategies
* Improve account management systems in collaboration with internal teams
* Drive territory management with clear objectives and optimize business meetings with the KAM team
* Build strong relationships with experts in oncology and related fields to support business strategy
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills by promoting high performance, attracting top talent and leading with integrity and vision
* Lead and support the team through delegation of tasks, performance appraisal, feedback and training
Your Qualifications:
* Significant experience in managing sales teams in the pharmaceutical/diagnostic sector, ideally in specialty business
* Proven success in commercializing complex products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics
* Marketing experience - managed care is a plus
* Self-motivated with strong business sense
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
* Experienced coach focused on developing high performing sales teams
* Highly flexible to support effective coaching and KOL management
* College degree in life sciences or clinical experience is a plus
* Clean GER driver's license
