Responsibilities:
- You will take on general secretarial tasks within the entire tax department, such as organizing meetings and events, travel arrangements as well as cost accounting, filing and document management
- You will be responsible for general and technical correspondence in German and English, also according to phonetic dictation
- You create and edit presentations
- You will manage the library and order tax literature
- You will compile specialist journals and risk management reports
- Supporting and relieving tax and customs officers in their day-to-day business is also one of your tasks
- You are willing to work on 5 days, including 3 afternoons
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed your commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification in English
- You have some practical work experience as an assistant
- You have very good PC skills, including all common MS Office applications
- You value trusting and cooperative teamwork
- Interdisciplinary communication and organizational skills are among your strengths
- You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English
