The week kicks off with a look at our Google Analytics dashboard, revealing conversion rates are below target. It's time to roll up your sleeves and get strategic.
What We Expect from You:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including site visits and demo requests.
* Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid channels, email marketing, and online events.
* Critically assess what is working or what is needed and set clear priorities.
Ideas Avalanche Tuesday:
Many ideas from different people within the company are coming to you, each wanting their idea to be realized. You need to sift through these ideas and ensure we’re creating the right content along our customer journey.
What We Expect from You:
* Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
* Prioritize and filter ideas to align with our strategic goals and customer journey.
* Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Campaign Crunch Wednesday:
The product marketing team needs a robust campaign to support the launch of a new feature. Meanwhile, the sales department is pushing for more qualified leads to meet their quarterly targets.
What We Expect from You:
* Collaborate with product marketing to develop engaging and relevant campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
* Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize marketing efforts.
* Ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts to support lead generation initiatives.
ThursdAI:
We are a small team, so efficiency is key. But one of your colleagues is struggling with AI tools, and you need to step in.
What We Expect from You:
* Be a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, including AI adaptation.
* Provide support to team members to help them understand and utilize AI tools effectively.
* Identify areas where AI can improve efficiency and implement these solutions.
Nurturing Maze Friday:
At the end of the week, you notice that many leads have been generated but not properly nurtured. You need to align with the content creator to ensure we make use of content that already exists or identify what might be missing.
What We Expect from You:
* Review the lead nurturing process and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
* Collaborate with content creators to develop or repurpose content that addresses these gaps.
* Analyze the effectiveness of lead nurturing efforts and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
* Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Creative Recharge Weekend:

Your daily tasks on the job
Your qualifications:
* You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* You gained 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry or a digital agency.
* Your proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns is anyway part of your CV.
* You have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and tactics.
* You are proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and marketing automation tools (like HubSpot).
* Your excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions are in daily use.
* With your strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously you easily juggle all those tasks.
* You are well-known for your collaboration skills and teamwork passion.
* Your communication skills in English are excellent; if you also speak German, that would be nice.
* You are a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, including AI adaptation.
