Initial Interview with Recruiter – This step focuses on understanding your experience in project management and marketing, your career goals, and alignment with our company’s needs. It’s also an opportunity for you to learn more about the role and our organization. 2. Interview with the Team Lead – In this stage, you’ll meet with the hiring manager to discuss your project management approach, leadership style, and experience handling marketing initiatives. We’ll also cover real-world scenarios relevant to the role. If both steps go well, we’ll extend a formal contract offer.
