Job Description
The Specialist IT Enterprise Architect designs and implements an enterprise architecture management process and tool to provide transparency to the IT landscape. He/she leads the implementation of cross-functional applications, such as middleware, to enhance interoperability and efficiency. Additionally, he/she supports the development and implementation of the organization's data strategy, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
As a Specialist IT Enterprise Architect, you will establish key technologies and implement a process for evaluating new technologies to meet the organization's evolving needs.
1. Definition of the EAM Strategy and Roadmap for Tires with very high complexity, very high business relevancy incl. the responsibility for aligning the top management's strategy, framework and activities related to EAM with stakeholders inside and outside the IT organization
2. Create and maintain transparency regarding the tools, IT services and business processes in use within Tires organization and development of (simplified) overviews for Management and other business stakeholders
3. Define, establish and manage the EAM organization (EAM Community) with defined roles and responsibilities (defined Solution Architects within Competence Centers and Regions) and pro-actively/ independently coordinate the EAM Community within Tires
4. Define and manage strategic partnerships with dedicated suppliers ( LeanIX)
5. Lead for all EAM related projects or task forces in Tires IT
6. Conduct EAM Trainings and consulting to defined stakeholder in the Tires organization
Qualifications
7. Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable qualification
8. Several years experience in enterprise architecture, project management, or a related field
9. Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (, TOGAF), including experience with enterprise architecture management tools and processes
10. Knowledge of data management principles and practices
11. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT governance and compliance (, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, NIST)
12. Business fluent English and good German language skills (written and spoken)
13. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion
