YOUR TASKS:
1. Support and management of various IT applications, including SCADA systems, on Windows and Linux platforms
2. Ensuring the operation of responsible applications in 3rd level support, including coordination with 1st and 2nd level support
3. Technical analysis and troubleshooting for complex issues that cannot be resolved at the 1st or 2nd level
4. Scripting and data analysis to identify and resolve system issues (e.g., writing scripts to restore missing data, analyzing system connections and performance)
5. Diagnosing and resolving issues related to data availability, system connectivity, and network performance
6. Collaborating with internal teams to develop optimizations and solutions for system challenges
7. Creating and maintaining documentation and guidelines for 1st and 2nd level support
YOUR PROFILE:
8. Completed training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
9. Experience in supporting and managing IT applications
10. Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
11. Experience with PowerShell and databases
12. Analytical thinking and the ability to conduct in-depth troubleshooting
13. High results orientation and quality awareness
14. Proactive mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach
15. Team player with strong communication skills in an international environment
16. Fluent English skills (spoken and written); ideally German or Spanish skills
17. 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role
