Sales Leadership Role: Senior Account Manager

Your Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting diverse businesses across multiple segments as they embark on their AWS journey. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Prospecting, engaging, and closing new customer logos.
* Developing long-term strategic relationships with new and existing clients.
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Building strong relationships with our strategic partner, AWS, working collaboratively to achieve customer goals while meeting mutual objectives in driving and accelerating AWS revenue.
* Educating new and existing prospects on the benefits of cloud computing, AWS solutions, and Rebura's expertise in delivering innovative and tailored cloud strategies.
* Tailoring cloud strategies to meet the dynamic and evolving needs of businesses, focusing on scalability, agility, and positioning them for long-term growth.
* Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales and client engagement strategies.
* Staying informed about industry trends, AWS services, and competitor offerings to effectively position Rebura's solutions.
* Continuously enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and self-learning.
* Providing feedback and insights from client engagements to assist in refining marketing campaigns, messaging, and value propositions.
Requirements & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong understanding of cloud computing, AWS services, and the broader technology landscape.
* Proven experience in new logo acquisition and cross-selling consultancy and professional services into existing client accounts, with evidence of delivering results.
* Experience working with businesses migrating to the cloud.
* Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships and earn trust.
* Strong sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions and handle objections while managing multiple stakeholders.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
