Our growth is creating great opportunities Here is a description of the role we are opening: Linxens is looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead product development in the RFID and Track & Trace segments, enhancing our growing IoT portfolio. This role is key to ensuring our solutions meet market needs, driving both technical innovation and business growth. Your Responsibilities: Product Development & Innovation Lead the development of RFID, Track & Trace, and IoT products from concept to market launch. Define the product roadmap, build strategic partnerships, and manage resource allocation to ensure product success. Technical Feasibility & Validation Oversee technical feasibility, resolve resource conflicts, validate project stages, and ensure products are market-ready, meeting safety and performance standards. Prototyping & Specifications Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure smooth product development. Supervise reviews, allocate resources, and manage the innovation pipeline. Business Development Support Work with Business Development and Marketing teams to create technical solutions for new business opportunities. Provide technical support for existing products, improving quality and addressing issues. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Technology, Materials Engineering, or related fields. 5 years in RFID product development (FlipChip Assembly, HF/UHF antenna design). Knowledge of material processing (converting, lamination) and electric personalization (authentication, certificates). Experience with label converting technologies. Strong leadership, innovation, and strategic execution skills. Fluent in German; proficient in English; French is a plus.
